How does this tuning work?

Vehicles equipped with conventional electronic injection pumps (Bosch or Lucas) can be modified. An increase in output takes places by means of a change in the signals sent from the controller to the injection pumps. A staggering increase of up to 40kw extra can be achieved. All electronic components, including the exhaust gas emission values, of the vehicle stay intact. Only the injection parameters of the fuel output are modified. In addition hereto all other aspects with relation to ABS, ASR and other sensors remain as per the manufacturers factory fitment. This ensures the validity of your vehicle's warranty, which is not compromised in any way.

Would the fuel consumption increase because of the increased power?

No. On driving at a constant speed of between 90 km/ph & 120 km/ph, the fuel consumption remains unchanged and even decreases

Which adaptor plug is suitable for my make and model of vehicle?

he need for either an 8 pole or 10 pole connection plug can easily be determined by separating the connection plug to the diesel pump and count the number of contacts. Our technicians will be able to establish this. Irrespective of this the module would work on either number of poles.

Would my vehicle emit excessive smoke after fitment?

No. Your vehicle will only emit smoke if the piston rings are damaged and if the injectors or diesel pump is not fuelling correctly. However this would not be attributed to the fitment of the module outright .

Will it affect the top speed of my vehicle?

No, not negatively. The tuning kit enables maximum performance of your vehicle with an increase in torque. This will only have a positive effect on the top speed of your vehicles with an approximate increase of between 5 and 15 km/ph (Would differ between various makes & models)

What is the warranty period on the Tuning-Kit?

No. The only visible difference will be that of the performance of your vehicle. The performance can be checked by means of a Dyno Tuning Device.

Does the vehicle have a shorter life after the rebuilding?

The tuning is in such a way coordinated that no limit values of the vehicle and/or the engine and all pertinent components are crossed. By normal driving it is also no increased wear.

Why would this device not be fitted outright by the manufacturer?

Due to the quality of fuel varying from country to country and the inability to guarantee fuel quality, vehicle manufacturers to the global vehicle market refrain from fitting the device outright as they do not let engines run on maximum performance.

The German technical standards' inspectorate gives 20% increased output of the largest engine to the brake , in which this brake assembly is blocked.

Are there any characteristics with a mechanism vehicle?

No. Mechanism vehicles have another controller, but otherwise there is no difference from the increase in output. The mechanism is adapted automatically.
